With Omron’s Parameter Mask Function with CX-Thermo Software, you can easily prevent mistakes It might be necessary to protect your machine or device against unwanted manipulation, which can provoke hazardous risks to the health of operators or could cause several after-sale troubles caused by wrong parameters setting A very effective way to e.g. limit the access for certain settings would be either to a blank (mask) them, not allowing the access for unauthorized operators, or to protect the temperature controller by password setting (stronger). The Parameter Masking means that Parameters are hidden but present in the background but not accessible and can only be changed by legitimated users with defined access rights.

Bag sealing
Nella applicazioni di sigillatura, la velocità di recupero rappresenta un fattore estremamente importante in quanto ad ogni chiusura delle morse di saldatura, parte del calore viene trattenuto nel prodotto. La capacità di lettura e di reazione dell'E5_C ad ogni calo di temperatura consente di mantenere lo stesso livello qualitativo della sigillatura durante il funzionamento a velocità elevate o basse. In caso di allarme o di malfunzionamento, il display inizia a lampeggiare istantaneamente, fornendo quindi una segnalazione immediata all'operatore affinché possa intraprendere delle contromisure.
Ambienti difficili
Talvolta i dispositivi di controllo sono sensibili alle condizioni ambientali difficili e, durante le attività di lavorazione, possono essere raggiunti da schizzi, ricoprirsi di polvere o riscaldarsi a causa della posizione in cui sono stati collocati. I termoregolatori E5CN e E5CSV, il contatore H7CX, il temporizzatore H5CX e gli strumenti digitali di misura K3HB sono tutti dotati di pannelli frontali NEMA4X (equivalente al grado di protezione IP66) che li rendono adatti per impieghi gravosi. La minore sporgenza frontale del pannello, grazie alla sezione ribassata, riduce le probabilità che si annidi lo sporco.
Oven control
Le interferenze esterne possono determinare uno scostamento delle temperature rispetto al valore di regolazione impostato. Con E5CC è possibile programmare il livello in cui il display inizia a lampeggiare. Le opzioni di allarme prevedono lo scostamento dal set-point e, in caso di modifica di quest'ultimo, l'allarme cambierà di conseguenza. Gli allarmi assoluti, se messi in relazione a 0, sono in standby, in modo tale che al raggiungimento del set-point gli allarmi non sono più attivi. La funzione di mantenimento comporta la disattivazione degli allarmi solo se si interrompe l'alimentazione. Ideale per i processi a distanza o privi di operatore, in quanto l'allarme resta attivo fino al successivo controllo del macchinario.
Baking oven
In molte applicazioni, il controllo della velocità di raggiungimento del set-point e il suo mantenimento per il tempo preimpostato sono funzioni estremamente importanti. Questo controllo della velocità di rampa contribuisce a impedire l'eccessiva cottura della parte esterna del prodotto. Tuttavia, generalmente il controllo a più fasi non è necessario. L'E5CC è dotato di una semplice funzione a due fasi, che consente l'incremento fino al set-point e la programmazione del tempo di sosta.

Applications
Tempi di campionamento dell'ingresso e di controllo più brevi
Controllo più rapido e preciso dei riscaldatori in applicazioni sensibili alle interferenze e ai continui cambiamenti. Con un periodo di campionamento di soli 50 ms, tutti i processi soggetti a rapida variazione possono essere regolati in modo affidabile.
Display con valore di processo (PV) lampeggiante
Questa funzione consente di determinare in modo immediato lo stato del processo, anche da lontano, senza necessità di interpretare i valori. Se uno dei riscaldatori non si trova in prossimità del set-point, il valore di processo inizia a lampeggiare per avvisare il personale (ad esempio, rilevamento anticipato di una sigillatura non corretta).
Allarme di interruzione circuito di controllo e di guasto al sensore (con opzione di uscita manuale forzata)
Nella produzione di materie plastiche, lo strumento utilizzato per creare il prodotto viene cambiato spesso. Il ricollegamento frequente del sensore o del riscaldatore può causare una rottura dei cavi, ad esempio della termocoppia. Questi allarmi consentono di rilevare rapidamente l'insorgere di tali problemi nel processo.
Programmatore base (2 fasi)
In molti processi termici (per alimenti, mattoni, ceramica e così via) è necessario fornire una temporizzazione minima. Questa funzione consente di raggiungere il set-point gradualmente e di impostare la durata del tempo di mantenimento. Al termine del periodo impostato, il processo viene interrotto o continua generando un allarme per avvertire l'operatore. Con questa funzione è possibile garantire un tempo fisso minimo o massimo di lievitazione/cottura in modo controllato e uniforme. In alternativa, è possibile impostare valori diversi di rampa in discesa, ad esempio, per consentire una riduzione graduale della temperatura ed evitare rotture strutturali degli oggetti trattati termicamente.
Semplicità di collegamento, installazione e programmazione
La serie E5_C può essere facilmente collegata, configurata e messa in funzione con poche operazioni tramite i 5 tasti frontali dello strumento. Il nostro software CX-Thermo e l'utile sistema di navigazione per configurazioni intuitive consentono un'impostazione dei parametri estremamente rapida, una regolazione dei dispositivi notevolmente più facile e una manutenzione molto più semplice.
Software
ThermoMini
ThermoMini è uno strumento di supporto per PC, semplice da usare, che consente di gestire i parametri dei nostri termoregolatori. Tutti i parametri sono gestiti in un unico blocco e possono essere caricati da un E5_C e scaricati in un altro, ma possono essere anche memorizzati e recuperati dal disco rigido del PC come file CSV. Il file CSV è facile da leggere e può essere stampato per l'archiviazione o il controllo. Si può modificare un parametro alla volta sul termoregolatore collegato (uno alla volta). ThermoMini è testato su W98-SE, Windows2000 e Windows XP.
Per ulteriori funzionalità consigliamo comunque di utilizzare CX-Thermo per la programmazione, la clonazione e l'ottimizzazione dei nostri termoregolatori.
Faceplate per HMI
- Progetto preliminare per la serie E5_C che riduce i tempi di sviluppo per iniziare a lavorare con l'HMI OMRON serie NB.
