The setting of rated values for carrier frequencies [bb101]/[bb201] are internally limited in accordance with the description. Also, it is recommended to set values equivalent to or above (maximum output frequency for driving ×10) Hz for the setting of carrier frequencies [bb101]/[bb201]. Also, in the case of induction motor (IM) control, for items other than those subject to V/f control, it is recommended to set carrier frequency at 2 kHz or more. In the case of synchronous motor (SM)/permanent magnet motor (PMM) control, it is recommended to set carrier frequency at 8 kHz or more.

The setting of rated values for carrier frequencies [bb101]/[bb201] are internally limited in accordance with the description. Also, it is recommended to set values equivalent to or above (maximum output frequency for driving ×10) Hz for the setting of carrier frequencies [bb101]/[bb201]. Also, in the case of induction motor (IM) control, for items other than those subject to V/f control, it is recommended to set carrier frequency at 2 kHz or more. In the case of synchronous motor (SM)/permanent magnet motor (PMM) control, it is recommended to set carrier frequency at 8 kHz or more.

Application personnalisée

Le variateur RX2 peut effectuer un contrôle de séquences simple programmé pour l’utilisation du logiciel de support CX-Drive. Le contrôle de grue, le contrôle de la tension et d'autres processus à grande échelle nécessitant des vitesses de contrôle rapides peuvent être configurés sans API, ce qui optimise les coûts.

Contrôle moteur PM

La série RX2 peut contrôler les moteurs à aimant permanent (moteurs PM) ainsi que les moteurs à induction. Le réglage automatique optimise les performances du moteur PM et permet d'économiser de l'énergie.

Sécurité intégrée

La série RX2 est équipée en série de la fonction Couple sécurisé désactivé pour répondre aux exigences de sécurité de votre machine. 

Normes certifiées : IEC 61800-5-2:2016 STO SIL3 ISO 13849-1:2015 catégorie 4 PLe

EtherCAT®

L'option EtherCAT est disponible. Connectez les variateurs RX2 au contrôleur d'automatisation de machines NX/NJ pour améliorer la productivité de développement et de production. Les deux configurations sont possibles : topologie standard et topologie en anneau.
